Advance specialize in choke valves and also we design our own choke valves and also we make all type of indicators for OEM  customers who are manufacturing their brand of the choke Valves also.

 

At AFP, we produce the full range of indicators - Flat, Cylindrical and Dial as well as Custom. As stated previously choke indicator is a component of the choke but since there are so many chokes and so many manufacturers in oil field industries and  each manufacturer 'cs choke may have a separate indicator. Advanced makes 400 different style indicators for OEM s and generic choke valve manufacturers.

 

For over 24 years Advanced Indicators & Manufacturing, Inc. has worked interactively with wellhead and production choke design engineers to  calculate flow rates and production metering data for their indicators. Choke Indicators are calibrated in 64th diameter orifice, percentage, or  linear travel/stroke.  The computational engineering required to produce a choke flow indicator could be considered something of a lost art.

 

AIM also provides engineering and technical services for designing and engraving specialty choke indicators having choke trims with conical,  parabolic, cage and sleeve, needle and seat, and step down designed choke trims.
